Many organisations want to change their culture, but the question is of course: How? For two transitions I have used the knowledge and skills of Petra Groot. Petra has absolutely the right background to translate culture into a measurable concept. I remember well how we conducted a culture scan for the various departments, management and top management. Many problems can easily be traced back to the ‘distance’ that exists between the components. Petra is excellent at explaining, using simple models, where the shoe pinches and how to get out of it. Even the most sceptical managers were won over. Personally, I am very charmed by the pragmatic approach and the measurability that she brought to the table. Highly recommended if you are serious about cultural change.
